Banana, Peach & Vanilla Smoothie
Makes 2 cups
2 tablespoons good quality protein powder (you will find our favourites in our online store)
1/4 cup milk
1 banana, peeled
1 fresh peach or 4 tinned peach quarters, drained
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla yoghurt
5 ice cubes
Dissolve protein powder in 1/4 cup milk by mixing the powder into liquid to dissolve it, not the other way round. Roughly chop fruit and place in blender with remaining milk, yoghurt and ice and blend until smooth. Slowly add the dissolved protein powder and blend on low speed to combine.
