Banana, Peach & Vanilla Smoothie
Makes 2 cups
1 banana, peeled
1 fresh peach or 4 tinned peach quarters, drained
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla yoghurt
1 tablespoons whey protein isolate powder (we stock our favourite in our online store)
5 ice cubes
Roughly chop fruit and place in blender with remaining ingredients, blitz until smooth and combined.
Nutrition information per 1 cup serve: 800 kilojoules, 192 calories, 16g protein, 2g fat, 25.5g carbohydrate.
