One Meal, Many Ways

After working with thousands of weight loss surgery clients, one of the most common complaints we hear is how challenging cooking very small portions can be. There is often waste or an oversupply of leftovers resulting in boredom from having to eat the same meal multiple times each week.

With some clever planning this doesn’t need to be the case. Our One Meal Many Ways recipe book aims to tackle this problem by providing you with 11 core meal bases to keep on hand and 45 ideas and inspirations to create with these bases to ensure your meals are interesting, varied, easy and delicious.

This will mean you can spend less time cooking, have less waste and have more meal variety with minimal effort.

Each meal base makes eight small portions, and all bases are suitable to freeze. Each meal idea is intended as inspiration to make an individual meal. These ideas can also be easily increased to make multiple meals for yourself and those you share meals with.
