Peanut Butter Dip
Thanks to Joyce at A Dietitians Mission for sharing this fabulous Peanut Butter Dip, perfect for when those sweet cravings hit.
2 small tubs Greek yoghurt
1/3 cup natural peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 scoop Formulite vanilla protein powder (available in our online store)
Blend the ingredients all together and enjoy with fruit slices or crackers.
