Security
Your privacy and security are important and that is why we provide a secure checkout. When you proceed through the checkout, you enter the secure area of the website. The information entered by you will be encrypted and securely delivered to Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery. Payments are processed using Stripe. Please note that whilst payments are processed immediately, Stripe inform us that refunds can take 5-10 days to return to your account.
Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery is doing all we can to provide a safe and secure environment in which to do Internet shopping purchases.
Terms
Our warehouse will process orders on the following business day after they are received.
We accept orders from all over Australia, so we cannot give you an estimated delivery time – it really depends on where you are located. However, our warehouse will send you an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched, so please look out for this. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders for this. Whilst we hope all orders are delivered promptly, occasionally delays occur. If your order does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us.
Your item/s are packaged to be protected during delivery and we hope the courier services take care with them. But on the rare occasion, parcels can be damaged in transit. If your item is not useable, please contact us.
Please note, we do not accept returns or refund goods that have been opened/used. Change of mind refunds are at our discretion. Faulty or defective items will be replaced.
Payment
Orders placed online are required to be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made online via credit card.
Privacy
The information provided by you is for our use and only so that your order can proceed. Your information will not be passed on to any other parties without your authority. Your personal information is treated as confidential at all times. Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery has access to your information and will protect your details. We are doing what we can to protect your privacy and security. The Australian Government has strict Privacy Guidelines and we abide by these.
