We accept orders from all over Australia, so we cannot give you an estimated delivery time – it really depends on where you are located. Whilst we hope all orders are delivered promptly, occasionally delays occur. If your order does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us.
Your item/s are packaged to be protected during delivery and we hope the courier services take care with them. But on the rare occasion, parcels can be damaged in transit. If your item is not useable, please contact us.
Please note, we do not accept returns or refund goods that have been opened/used. Change of mind refunds are at our discretion. Faulty or defective items will be replaced.
Orders placed online are required to be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made online via credit card.
