How does it stack up nutritionally?
Bulla High Protein Cottage Cheese meets the Selection Criteria in our Shopping Companion for a soft spreadable cheese. Each 100g serve (approximately ½ cup) provides you with 11.2g of protein while still containing only 1.5g of saturated fat. It is also a great way to get in some extra calcium for your bones as each serve also contains 100mg calcium.
What does it taste like?
I enjoyed the taste of this cottage cheese. It’s has a soft and creamy texture with a slightly cheesy/salty flavour that is quite mild, therefore not offensive.

Spread it on grainy crackers as a healthy snack or add other toppings such as ham or salmon, avocado and tomato for a more filling lunch option. It could also be used in baking such as in fritters or savoury muffins, or an additional topping on a baked potato.
