The information provided by you is for our use and only so that your order can proceed. Your information will not be passed on to any other parties without your authority. Your personal information is always treated as confidential. Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery has access to your information and will protect your details. We are doing what we can to protect your privacy and security. The Australian Government has strict Privacy Guidelines and we abide by these.

We will not send you ‘spam’ (unsolicited advertising information). If you are receiving promotional information or other information offered by Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery and do not wish to receive this information any longer, you may remove your name from our list by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the emails you receive. This will remove you instantly from our mailing list, and you will not receive further email correspondence from us.

PAYMENT SECURITY
Orders placed online are required to be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made online via credit card. Your privacy and security are important and that is why we provide a secure checkout. When you proceed through the checkout, you enter the secure area of the website. The information entered by you will be encrypted and securely delivered to Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery. Payments are processed using Stripe. Please note that whilst payments are processed immediately, Stripe inform us that refunds can take 5-10 days to return to your account.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT PURCHASES
Our third party logistics provider, Express Fulfilment, endeavours to process and dispatch orders placed prior to 12 noon on the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon are processed and dispatched the following business day.
As we accept orders Australia wide, we cannot give you an estimated delivery time, as it varies according to where you are located. Express Fulfilment will send an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please check your spam and junk folders if you do not see this. Whilst we hope all orders are delivered promptly, occasionally delays occur. If your order does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us.
Your item/s are packaged to be protected during delivery and we hope the courier services take care with them. On the rare occasion, parcels can be damaged in transit. If your item is not useable, please contact us.
Please note, we do not accept returns or refund goods that have been opened/used. Change of mind refunds are at our discretion. Faulty or defective items will be replaced.

INNER CIRCLE SUPPORT GROUP (FACEBOOK) TERMS OF USE
The Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery Inner Circle Support Group (Facebook) is strictly for paid members of our All Inclusive Support or Elevate Programs. It is moderated by Sally Johnston, Justine Hawke and our team of Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery Dietitians.
Upon entry to the group, you are notified of the Group Rules. Accepting your invitation to the group is considered acceptance of the group rules. The rules include:
Be kind and courteous: It is the responsibility of all members to create a welcoming environment. Treat members with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
Respect member privacy: Weight loss surgery may be highly personal for some members. Being part of this group requires mutual trust. What is shared in the group should stay in the group.
Do not direct message the admin team: The Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery team monitor this group daily. They read all posts and will comment where necessary, recognising and respecting that some questions may be directed at fellow members, rather than health professionals. There is no need to tag or direct message the admin team. We are present in the group, even if you don't see us.
We offer nutrition support, not medical support: We are qualified to offer nutrition advice, not medical advice. Medical advice is outside of our scope of practice. Please direct medical questions to your medial team.
MODERATION AND ADMIN
The role of the Nutrition for Weight Loss Surgery team is to stimulate discussion, answer questions, provide nutrition education and moderate any inappropriate content or comments. Members who are deemed to be acting inappropriately will be contacted privately and asked to tone down their responses, apologise or remove content as the situation requires. If this continues, they will be asked to leave, their membership cancelled, and no refund given. If you feel someone is acting inappropriately you may report it to us at sally@nfwls.com.
We aim to respond to all questions within 48 hours. We will generally comment more promptly, but at times this is not possible. Opinions, advice and all other information expressed by members in discussions are those of the author. You rely on such information at your own risk. Members are urged to seek professional advice for specific, individual situations and not rely solely on advice or opinions given in the discussions.
The Inner Circle group is not a place to raise concerns or issues with the membership program specifically. If you need to discuss a concern, please email us at sally@nfwls.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. The focus of the support group is to increase your knowledge and share ideas, resources and support so you can all move forward on your weight loss surgery journey.
Whilst it is our intent to offer the best support possible, we cannot provide individual consultations as part of the support group. Detailed dietary assessments are outside the scope of the group. Medical questions should be directed to your medical team rather than relying on the opinions of others in the group.
